Hi, I am Kamil, an 18-year-old ceramicist and tool maker based in Krakow, Poland. My journey into pottery began at the age of 12 when I constructed my very own pottery wheel from wood. The allure of the craft was irresistible, prompting me to delve into it headfirst. Within weeks, I enrolled in pottery courses to grasp the fundamentals. As months passed, my passion deepened, leading me to contemplate pursuing pottery independently. With the unwavering support of my parents, I transformed a corner of their garage into a modest studio a year later. Over the past four years, I have nurtured and honed my craft, successfully managing my studio. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of supplying ceramics to numerous Polish restaurants and coffee shops across the country. Lately, my fascination has shifted towards crafting handmade pottery tools, further expanding my repertoire and deepening my connection to the craft.
